Abstract

Plant-infecting segmented negative-stranded RNA (NSR) viruses are grouped into three genera: Orthotospovirus, Tenuivirus , and Emaravirus . Reverse-genetics systems have been established for members of the genera Orthotospovirus and Emaravirus .
