Abstract

The article examines the strategic use of real estate leasing in the hotel business as an effective tool for not only providing the necessary premises, but also optimizing costs and time, contributing to the sustainable development of the hospitality industry. Special emphasis is placed on key elements of quality management such as bank guarantees, insurance, and lending, providing marketing professionals with new insights for effective advertising campaigns and customer acquisition.
