Abstract
To test for the presence of gender as a moderator variable, a hierarchical regression analysis was performed using scores on the general section of the GRE and undergraduate GPA to predict the graduate GPA's of 23 male and 80 female Master of Arts in Teaching students. A significant main effect was found for the set of academic predictors, but no significant interaction was found between gender and the academic predictors.
