Abstract
The article substantiates the necessity and possibility of creating a transport system in Russia based on new technology - magnetic levitation with linear traction motors. It is shown that the spectrum of magnetic levitation technology can provide significant economic benefits to the country. It is proposed the creation algorithm of scientific and engineering developments in the industrial scale.
