Abstract
The article analyzes the current and promising trends in the automation of business processes on the example of domestic companies. The assessment of the state of the world and Russian markets of BPM and ERP solutions is given. Ratings of the most successful companies developing BPM and ERP solutions in the domestic IT products market are built. The analysis of the results of this study became the basis for the formulation of a key modern trend in the field of business process automation – the expansion of the practice of using both local BPM solutions and global (multifunctional) corporate ERP systems with subsequent integration of the developed solutions.
