Abstract

A UV photodetector based on LiCl-added FAPbCl3 nanorods exhibits bipolar photocurrent under 60 Hz 254 nm UV illumination. However, under 60 Hz 365 nm UV irradiation, LiCl:FAPbCl3 nanorods show monopolar photocurrent.
