Abstract

KILDK increased glucose uptake via reversing inflammation, decreasing JNK phosphorylation and IRS-1 phosphorylation, and enhancing Akt phosphorylation. Red and blue arrows represent changes in response to TNF-α and peptide KILDK, respectively.
