Abstract

Experimental confirmation of optical bandgap reduction (at RESET point) with voltage-dependent UV-vis absorption spectra. IV curves show switching effect from HRS to LRS and vice versa due to the trap-assisted switching mechanism, confirmed by ex situ impedance spectra.
