Abstract
AbstractUsing junction capacitance methods, we describe the effect of contacts on charge emission transients in n-type hydrogenated amorphous silicon. The results demonstrate some of the difficulties encountered in observing and interpreting anomalous temperature independent emission transients(“slow relaxation”).
