Abstract

Millets are a group of small-seeded grasses that have been cultivated for thousands of years in different parts of the world. In many cultures, millets have been considered a staple food, and they continue to be a vital source of nutrition for numerous people today. In the context of women's history, millets have played a significant role in many societies. In India, millets have been a traditional food for centuries, and women have played a critical role in their cultivation and consumption. Historically, millets have also been an important source of income for women in many societies. Millets have also played a significant role in women's health. Millets are highly nutritious and excellent sources of protein, fiber, and vitamins. They are also gluten-free, making them a valuable food source for people with celiac disease or gluten intolerance. Millets are a nutritious and healthy food that offers a variety of health benefits.
