Abstract
A significant portion of the technology used in contemporary human resource management is in high demand today. The primary responsibilities of human resource management include hiring, training, managing, retaining, and enhancing the working environment. Employing cutting edge technology inside the company allows managers to communicate with staff members to identify work-related issues and gather and distribute information more effectively. An effort has been made to comprehend the influence of technology and the innovation of human resources via this investigation.
