To study the effect of surface texture on the tribological characteristics of ship’s water-lubricated rubber bearings, the surface texture modification technology is applied to the friction surface of the lining, and the tribological characteristics of the surface texture are studied. The tribological characteristics of the flow field, such as velocity change, water film pressure distribution, and the influence of water film thickness on the surface texture flow field were discussed by simulation analysis. The results show that the average velocity is decreased on the texture surface, and the water film pressure obtained by the inclined cylinder pitted surface texture is the least.
