This is a recently published retrospective study from the British Columbia group that looked at the outcome of a large group of DLBCL patients treated with R-CHOP. Outcome was looked at with respect to cell of origin (lymph 2CX assay) as well as BCL2 and MYC expression. Interestingly, the significance of high MYC and BCL2 expression was looked at within different molecular subtypes of DLBCL.
