Abstract

The results of a field-based review of several problem solving software programs are reported. Pertinent literature is integrated, serving as a basis for evaluating the programs. Although the software was generally successful in accomplishing its objectives, some recommendations are made as to how it might be better adapted to the specific needs of learning disabled students.
