Abstract
A student-led approach to classroom case analysis is proposed that focuses on both process and output by dividing responsibility among "presentation," "solution," "critique," and "hand-in" student groups. A comparison to the more traditional method shows enhanced involvement, satisfaction, career preparation, and skill development.
