Abstract

As advertising degrees continue to grow in popularity, harmonizing the objectives of advertising educators with those of practitioners will grow in importance. A survey of top agency executives focused on two issues: factors contributing to their success and advice to students beginning their own careers. Implications for advertising educators are drawn.
