Abstract
The ‘information-poor’ are doubtless with us already, but the arrival of a much greater gap between the informationpoor and information-rich is forecast in a recently published book, Sovereign Individual. If the events fore-cast in this book come about, we will not live within an information society but within an unacceptable society.
