Abstract
As Beyond Behavior editors, we frequently hear that differences in readership, content, and writing styles between traditional research and practitioner journals can make it difficult for scholars to write high-quality practitioner-oriented articles. To address these challenges, we offer suggestions for publishing in Beyond Behavior based on our editorial experiences. Recommendations include understanding the journal’s goals and manuscript types published and planning and explicitly writing with a specific message and structure for an identified audience.
