Abstract

Interdisciplinary collaboration is viewed as a challenging enterprise with potential for enhanced educational practice. Such collaboration between SLPs and educators has been utilized for language screening and diagnostic teaching in a variety of language intervention programs from preschool to higher education. Bidirectional information sharing is regarded as essential to effective interdisciplinary collaboration.
