Abstract
The problem of professional training of specialists for the judicial system is topical in the context of transition to the information-network stage of society development. The relevance of the stated topic is caused by: (1) the need to prepare convergent specialists for the judicial system, capable of competently addressing professional tasks in the context of information and communication society development; (2) the necessity to find the best ways of professional training for the judicial system in the context of the formation of new social subjectivity, contributing both to changes in the existing socialization institutions and the generation of its new forms, in particular the information-network socialization.
The purpose of the study is to determine the current understanding of information-network socialization and justify the relevance of its formation and sustainable development at the stage of professional training of specialists for the judicial system in the context of the modern development of society.
Materials and methods. The set purpose necessitated the use of the principles of dialectical logic and systematic approach to the study. In the context of these methods application: (1) the concept of “socialization” is supplemented by the author’s vision in the context of modern development of society and interdisciplinarity; (2) the evolution of the concept of “information-network socialization” is traced; (3) the preconditions for the origin of the information-network socialization with regard to the role of convergent technologies, including at the stage of future specialists training in all areas of life activities, such as in the judicial context is revealed;(4) the term “Homo Reticulum” is introduced, naming a new kind of modern man, formed in the society of the XXI century; (5) the authors' definition of the concept of “information-network socialization” with regard to the modern realities of society development is proposed; (6) the concept of development of professional training for the judicial system by pedagogical conditions of effectiveness of information-network socialization of future professionals is supplemented.
The significance of the study is determined by the fact that the results obtained clarify the scientific interpretation of the studied concepts and contribute to the improvement of higher education pedagogy and theory of information socialization in the context of the transition to the information-network stage of society development.
