Abstract
The problem of fundamentalization of the professional training of specialists for the judicial system is of great importance for the sustainable development of the country in the context of the transition to a new technological mode.
The relevance of the topic of the study is due to: the need for specialists for the judicial system, who are able to work in the post-industrial space; the search for conceptual approaches to the professional training of specialists for the judicial system, which are optimal in the context of the new technological mode.
The purpose of the study has been to specify the modern understanding of the fundamentalization of professional training of specialists for the judicial system and to propose the concept of its development, relevant in the context of the transition to the new technological mode.
Materials and methods. The article traces the genesis of the development of the content of the notion of “technological mode”. The essence of fundamentalization is revealed and its importance as a priority direction in the development of professional training of specialists for the judicial system is emphasized. The authors propose the definition of fundamentalization of professional training of specialists for the judicial system.
To achieve the purpose, the principles of dialectical logic and approaches (systemic, functional, historical) have been used, which have allowed to create a unified research space and complement the conceptual apparatus.
To solve the stated problem, the authors propose to develop the concept of professional training of specialists for the judicial system, built with the rational correlation of fundamentalization and specialization.
The significance of the study is determined by the fact that the data obtained concretize the scientific interpretation of the concepts under study, and contribute to the development of higher school pedagogy theory to improve the professional training of specialists for the judicial system in the context of the transition to the new technological mode.
