Abstract
Digitization of industry and construction is one of the most important trends supporting the more sustainable development of enterprises. This article discusses the current state and prospects of digitization of the construction industry and the main directions of the use of technologies for increasing the resource efficiency of enterprises. This article analyzes the possibilities and prospects of digitization of the construction industry in modern economic conditions and defines the main problems and prospects of the development of digital construction.
