Abstract
The quality management system of education makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the functioning of the higher educational institution . An effective education quality management system should be based on the following principles : convenient for certification , convenient, compact and understandable. The rapid pace of scientific and technological progress is the reason that the knowledge gained at the university quickly becomes obsolete. Of particular importance in modern socio-economic conditions is the orientation towards the production of goods and services oriented to a specific consumer. This requires higher training from the company’s personnel. In order to be competitive in the labor market, a modern professional needs to continuously replenish his knowledge base. The ongoing radical economic transformations exacerbate the contradictions in the labor market , putting forward new additional requirements for employees , their level of competitiveness and professional competence . Improving the quality of education in higher educational institutions creates prerequisites for the training of specialists with a high degree of readiness for professional activity after graduation. The system of continuing education allows you to maintain the qualifications of an employee at the level demanded in the labor market.
