This requires higher training from the company’s personnel. In order to be competitive in the labor market, a modern professional needs to continuously replenish his knowledge base. The ongoing radical economic transformations exacerbate the contradictions in the labor market , putting forward new additional requirements for employees , their level of competitiveness and professional competence . Improving the quality of education in higher educational institutions creates prerequisites for the training of specialists with a high degree of readiness for professional activity after graduation.
