Abstract

For two decades, the development of the concept of sustainable development has been made extremely limited progress in view of what is happening further aggravation of poverty and environmental degradation. The global community requires an innovative approach of building business and education in general. The building complex has a special role in the functioning of the economy, as it creates the material basis of all its branches , determines the character of the country for a long period and forms the living environment of the population. Consider what innovations will be needed in the coming period.
