Abstract
The article provides a justification for the use of various applied computer-aided design tools in developing the concept of lighting an administrative fragment of the urban environment. The authors present a plan-scheme on which the functional zoning of the territory adjacent to the projected fragment is carried out, urban planning dominants, the boundaries of the projected fragment are marked, and viewpoints are indicated from which the perception of the projected fragment in the general silhouette of the city is typical. Photo fixation of the main dominants from different viewpoints, with day and night perception, for different levels of perception. The proposed version of lighting pedestrian spaces was implemented in the form of LED lines located in the direction of pedestrians, which made it possible to limit the glare from previously installed crowning lighting devices, and the graphic nature of the lines fit well into the overall proposed concept of the projected fragment of the urban lighting environment.
