Abstract

Structured Interviews with psychological therapists in a Mental Health Trust investigated reasons for taking on clients scoring below the CORE-OM clinical threshold. It is suggested that client and therapist expectations regarding the outcome of referral to secondary services may be an important reason for such decisions.
