On the Matter of Russian Science Significance in the Renewal of the Centralized State Planning

Abstract

The article analyzes the actuality and problematic issues of the transition to the qualitatively new form of strategic planning in the Russian Federation – centralized development state planning of the state social and economic development and national security protection. Potentiality of this kind of planning for improvement of the strategic management effectiveness and Russia survival provision in the face of new threats and challenges from collective West is noted. Certain possibilities are considered and actual issues of national science in the terms of the centralized state planning renaissance on the new methodological and science and technology base are outlined.
