Abstract

Standard antimicrobial susceptibility testing (AST) approaches lead to delays in the selection of optimal antimicrobial therapy. Here, we sought to determine the accuracy of antimicrobial resistance (AMR) determinants identified by Nanopore whole-genome sequencing in predicting AST results.
