Abstract

The SARS-CoV-2 pandemic has strained manufacturing capacity worldwide, resulting in significant shortages of laboratory supplies both directly and indirectly. Such shortages include probe-based kits for detection of the Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex from positive liquid broth cultures.
