Abstract

Pseudomonas aeruginosacan cause sight- and life-threatening opportunistic infections, and its evolving antibiotic resistance is a growing concern. MostP. aeruginosastrains can invade host cells, presenting a challenge to therapies that do not penetrate host cell membranes.
