Abstract
The paper reports the case of a 1-year-old girl with evident genuvarum, frontal bossing, anterior bowing of tiabiae and mother’s history of short stature threated in infancy with GH. Biochemical findings show increased alkaline phosphatase and hypophosphatemia. Rx of wrists and knees were also peculiar. Different diagnostic hypotheses and treatment options are discussed.
