Abstract

The problem of fuel and energy resources is presented as one of the most important global problems. Energy saving in consumer heat supply systems is indicated as an important aspect of reducing the consumption of fuel and energy resources. There is a significant potential for energy saving in heat supply systems, which is conditioned by considerable heat losses with exhaust gases from boilers. A problems related to the utilization of low-potential heat of exhaust gases are identified. A review and analysis of ways to utilize the heat of the exhaust gases of boiler houses and directions of useful use of this heat are performed, their advantages and disadvantages are indicated. The direction of conducting research on methods of utilization of low-potential heat of exhaust gases and ways of using of this heat, allowing to create high-effective low-waste complexes and systems, is recommended.
