Weaning – Research into mothers' experiences of the first four weeks

Abstract

In the first article in this series, Ruth Hewison, Early Childhood Studies graduate, writes about her undergraduate research project into mothers' experiences of the first four weeks of weaning. It concentrates on investigating and evaluating the academic literature about weaning to create a base of knowledge and gives a brief introduction into her research methodology.
