Abstract

Intralayer vanadium doped V_xMo_1−xS₂ ultrathin nanosheets have led to novel semimetallic behavior with significantly enhanced conductivity (1.7 × 10³ S m⁻¹) and carrier concentration (7 × 10¹⁷ cm⁻³).
