Abstract

In [(La0.7Sr0.3MnO3)8/(BaTiO3)t/(SrTiO3)2]8 superlattices, the asymmetric local structure and charge transfer probabilities work together to cause a switch from dominating Rashba SOI to dominating Dresselhaus SOI.
