Abstract

The PEA0.2FA0.8SnI3-based photodetector with addition of 2-aminopyrimidine exhibited a high responsivity (0.4 A W−1) and detectivity (1.16 × 1012 Jones), while also ensuring excellent operation stability and repeatability after 104 on/off cycles.
