Abstract

Bimetallic mesoporous ZnAl-41 catalysts were successfully used in the highly selective synthesis of 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8-octahydroacridine, 9-alkyl substituted octahydroacridines and diannelated pyridines by a single-step vapour phase aminocyclization method.
