Abstract
Rhizovagine A (1), a dibenzo-α-pyrone alkaloid with a 5/5/6/6/6 fused pentacyclic skeleton and acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activity, was isolated from the endophytic fungus Rhizopycnis vagum Nitaf22.
