Abstract

Ba_0.3Co₄Sb₁₂ samples containing hierarchically structured TiO₂ show a very good thermoelectric performance, with the highest ZT value reaching 1.2 when 0.5% P25 plus 0.5% TiO₂ aggregates are added to the Ba_0.3Co₄Sb₁₂ matrix.
