Abstract

An enhanced self-powered near-ultraviolet photodetection phenomenon was observed in epitaxial gallium nitride (GaN) nanorod networks grown on an intermediate layer of N:GaN on a nitridated HfO2(N:HfO2)/SiO2/p-Si substrate.
