Abstract

t-BuOK mediates the deamination annulation of nitriles with hydrazines for the synthesis of 1,2,4-triazoles. This protocol provides a practical strategy to construct 15N-labeled 1,2,4-triazoles and protein antagonists and the receptor mGlu5 in one-pot.
