Abstract

Low bandgap YMn2O5 nanowires decorated with Ag nanoparticles show dramatic enhancement in photocatalytic activity for 4-NBT to DMAB transformation due to improved charge separation and more efficient phonon-assisted damping of Ag plasmons.
