Abstract

A Sc2Si2Te6 monolayer has lower lattice thermal conductivities of 11.07 and 3.62 W m−1 K−1 at temperatures of 300 K and 700 K, respectively. Moreover, it reaches superior figure of merit value of 3.81 at moderate temperature.
