Abstract
An electric-mechanical model for a piezoelectret-based pressure sensor was established. By following the theoretical guidance, we optimized the structure of a piezoelectret pressure sensor. The sensitivity can reach 15 V kPa−1in the range of 0–2.5 kPa, which can be adjusted to fit different requirements. The sensor and the new model develop a new route for self-powered wearable electronics.
