Abstract

We have developed a novel QD/CsPbBr3 nanowire (NW) hybrid structure photodetector. The responsivity of the CsPbBr3 NW photodetector has been significantly improved via integrating gradient-alloyed QDs with CsPbBr3 NW as a photoactive layer.
