Abstract

Reduced graphene oxide (RGO)–TiO2 nanowire array hierarchical composites were prepared via an in situ controlled growth process and subsequent calcination, and showed much higher H2 production activity than that of pure TiO2 and RGO–TiO2 generated by mechanical mixing.
