Abstract

The first one-pot glycosylation strategy for both glycan and nucleoside synthesis based on glycosyl ortho-(1-phenylvinyl)benzoates has been developed, which is applied to the synthesis of TMG-chitotriomycin, lipochitooligosaccharides and capuramycin.
