Abstract
A novel planar binuclear zinc hexa(2,3-bis(butylthio)) porphyrazine sharing one benzene ring was successfully synthesized, which exhibits superior photocatalytic activity compared to that of its mononuclear counterpart owing to the expansion of the π-electron system.
