Abstract

Inspired by amelogenin (Ame), an Ame mimic (CAMP15) is constructed by modifying Ame's C-terminal with poly(γ-benzyl-l-glutamate), which can guide hydroxyapatite-oriented growth and reduce bacteria adhesion, showing great potential in enamel repair.
