Phase diagrams of single skyrmionium moving in a nanostructure with (a) Jex = 0 J m−2 and (b) Jex = −5 × 10−6 J m−2, which provides the means for skyrmion–skyrmionium hybrid application and neuromorphic computing applications (c).
